Workshop Support

90% of the work we do is Workshop based, this is mainly as its easier to have a known environment for testing and repairing your equipment, known in terms of Stable Power Supply, Stable Internet Connection(s) and highly flexible hours.

It also allows us to quickly identify issues and perform ad-hoc parts replacement for fault finding and testing purposes. It obviously means we also have most of what we need to hand, which speeds up the fault finding and repairs process.

Our Workshop is a mixed environment of  Windows and Linux based workstations, and we have a huge media library of Operating Systems and Applications which enables us to repair just about anything you throw at us.

We retain a small quantity of stock, which means it has a high turnover, ensuring you are getting the very latest in Hardware, and with our primary suppliers being just around the corner, new stock can be obtained within the same day.
