Support has always been at the core of CComputers business model, and has evolved along with the requirements of clients. For close on 15 years we spent our time out on the road, visiting clients and solving their issues onsite, often taking up a lot of critical business hours keeping users (And sometimes having to drag users away) from their devices.
With the introduction of faster internet connections and advances in remote access technology the focus has shifted to offering Remote Support as a primary service, as it allows us to better work around the client to minimize downtime.
At CComputers, we use Anydesk to service our clients, we have found this to be the most stable, secure and quickest of the remote software, it also uses far less resources while running in the background for cases where unattended access is required.
