We offer several types of support, the most common of which are :


Remote Support -> This option is available 24/7 (within reason) and requires the installation of Anydesk(  Once installed we are able to access any device (connected to the internet) via the Anydesk console and carry out “repairs” as if we were actually sitting in front of your machine.


Workshop Support -> This option caters for you to bring the device to us, we then evaluate, quote and repair the unit.


Onsite Support -> This option is for when its impossible to bring the device(s) into us, or instances were the repair can only be done onsite.


CMS/e-Commerce Support -> This is your WordPress or PrestaShop support. At current being done via this webpage in the form of Comment and Answer on this page.
